Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the receipt of vehicles at the Land port, ensuring that all vehicle is checked for during transit.
  • Conduct detailed inspections inspection to identify any damages or issues during transportation and report findings to the relevant departments.
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure alt vehicles are in operation Condition and ready for distribution or Further processing.
  • Lead the PDI process to ensure vehicles meet the required standards before being handed over to the customers. inspect each vehicle for quality, functionality and aesthetic standards.
  • Ensure that all PDF Check sheets are completed, signed off, and recorded accurately for each vehicle.
  • Identify any defects, issues. or damages during PDI and coordinate with mechanic for repairs and rectification.
  • Oversee and ensure the accuracy of maintenance check sheets for vehicles at the Depot, ensure that all required maintenance work is completed and property documented.
  • Regularly report on vehicle receiving status, PDF completion, maintenance records, and any issues encountered during the processes, provide status updates to senior management.
  • Ensure that all processes comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and Company protocols.
  • Work closely with Logistics, maintenance, inventory, and cates, teams to ensure Seamless operations, and timely vehicle Deliveries.

Education Qualification
  • B.Sc. in Mechanical / Automobile Engineer from any reputed University.
  • At least 05 years of working experience in relevant field.
  • Skilled in accurately completing and maintaining Pre-Delivery inspection Records.
  • Proficient in using checklists and digital tools to of inspection outcomes.
  • Understands the components and criteria involved in a thorough PDF Process.
