The Senior Manager – Corporate Sales (Lubricants) is responsible for leading and driving corporate and institutional lubricant sales by formulating and executing strategic sales plans aligned with organizational objectives. The role focuses on developing and managing key corporate accounts, expanding B2B partnerships, and strengthening long-term client relationships to achieve sustainable revenue growth. This position also oversees market expansion initiatives, pricing and contract negotiations, sales governance, and team performance to ensure profitability, market competitiveness, and brand leadership in the lubricant segment.



Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement industrial lubricants sales strategies.
  • Achieve industrial sales volume, value, and margin targets. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices
  • Manage key industrial accounts including cement, power, textile, steel, Ceramic and manufacturing sectors.
  • Identify and develop new industrial customers, OEMs, and project business.
