Key Responsibilities
- Develop and onboard new dealers, retailers, and distributors in assigned territories.
- Ensure consistent sales growth from existing dealers, retailers, and workshops.
- Regularly visit automobile workshops to promote products and ensure availability of spare parts and lubricants.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with dealers, retailers, and workshop owners to strengthen market presence.
- Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor activities to support business strategy.
- Monitor spare parts and lubricants stock levels and coordinate with the supply/logistics team to ensure smooth availability.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business objectives.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales/visit reports.
Education & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed University.
- Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering will be treated as advantage.
- At least 1 years of working experience in relevant field.
- Customer management skills.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.
- Cross-functional Collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and adaptability skills.
- Proficient in MS-Office.
